And then follow the following steps:
2. Click on “first use”
3. Enter the following:
- student number
- permanent code
- date of birth
- check the box: “I am not a robot”
- continue
4. Choose 3 secret questions and provide answers.
5. Choose a password and confirm the password.
6. Continue
7. Add and confirm your e-mail address.
8. Continue to Omnivox;
9. In the section, My Omnivox Services, go to “Results and Reports of College Studies”
10. Click on Download your College Report Card
11. Confirm your password
12. You will see your report displayed.
